What is the difference between a villa and a private pool home? A villa is comparable to a condominium. Each building has 8 adjoining villas. The buildings are two stories, offering either an upstairs villa or a downstairs villa. Each villa has its own private entry, with free parking directly in front of the building. Our villa complex offers many amenities such as: a community heated pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, workout room, game room, lighted tennis courts, and a clubhouse with a snack bar. There are approximately 180 villas in a complex. Our villas are located in Kissimmee, Florida, just minutes from all the Attractions. A private pool home is an individual home with a private, screen enclosed, in-ground pool in the backyard. The pool never closes when you enjoy the luxury of your own private pool home! You will also love the privacy of the 2 car garage. Our private pool homes are located in Haines City , Florida , which is approximately 20 minutes from the Walt Disney World Resort. These executive style private pool homes are convenient to all-major roadways, entertainment attractions, shopping and restaurants. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. . Can I check-in after 4:00 p.m. ? Guests may check-in anytime after 4:00 p.m. What if we would like a late check-out? A late check-out is based on availability. If you would like a late check-out, please make your request at least 24 hours prior to your day of departure. If available, there is a $35.00 late check out fee. What if we would like an early check-in? An early check-in is based on availability. Please request an early check-in when booking your reservation. Can I rent a crib or highchair? Crib or Highchair Rentals are available for a fee of $25.00 for the entire length of your stay. The Crib and Highchair Combination Rental is available for a fee of $35.00 for the entire length of your stay. Please request a crib and/or highchair when booking your reservation. Upon receipt of your reservation, Beachtree Villas will send the confirmation, directions, and the check-in procedures to you. This information can be sent to you via email, fax, or US Mail. We're sorry, Beachtree Villas does not allow pets. What discount cards does Beachtree Villas accept? AAA, AARP, Great American Traveler, ID-90, Military, and the Orlando Magic Card. *Guest must show proper identification upon check-in. I've already booked a vacation, but I would like to add additional nights to my stay. Can I modify my reservation? You may add additional nights to your reservation by calling 407-396-7182. Additional nights are based upon availability. Upon arrival, your villa can be stocked with the following grocery items: Milk, Eggs, Bacon, Bread, Coffee, Tea, Sugar, Coffee Filters, and an additional supply of toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, and dishwasher detergent. The fee for a starter pack is $35.00 Beachtree Villas comes equipped with both a washer and a dryer in the villa. Many guests prefer to take care of their own cleaning needs.
