The pool never closes when you enjoy the luxury of your own private pool home! You will also love the privacy of the 2 car garage. Our private pool homes are located in Haines City , Florida , which is approximately 20 minutes from the Walt Disney World Resort. These executive style private pool homes are convenient to all-major roadways, entertainment attractions, shopping and restaurants.
A villa is comparable to a condominium. Each building has 8 adjoining villas. The buildings are two stories, offering either an upstairs villa or a downstairs villa. Each villa has its own private entry, with free parking directly in front of the building. Our villa complex offers many amenities such as: a community heated pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, workout room, game room, lighted tennis courts, and a clubhouse with a snack bar. There are approximately 180 villas in a complex. Our villas are located in Kissimmee, Florida, just minutes from all the area attractions. Are the Pool Homes in the same location as the Villas? No, the Pool Homes are located in Haines City , Florida , approximately 20 minutes from the Walt Disney World Resort.
Can we check-in after 4:00 p.m.? Guests may check-in anytime after 4:00 p.m. What if we would like a late check-out? A late check-out is based on availability. If you would like a late check-out, please make your request at least 24 hours prior to your day of departure. If available, there is a $35.00 late check out fee. You may add additional nights to your reservation by calling 407-396-7182. Additional nights are based upon availability. Beachtree Villas comes equipped with both a washer and a dryer in the home. Many guests prefer to take care of their own cleaning needs.
